is it ok i have these squirrels?

ive have these squirrels "hood and pocket" for about 10 weeks now. they were babies when I got them because their nest was knocked down, I did the whole formula thing and got em back in good health. now they are in an enclosure outside.. it never dawned on me but I don't want to be illegal about this.. any one have any insight? im in Missouri.. closest rehabilitator is about an hour away... and these two are not going in a pet carrier anymore!

Don;t know about your state. You;d have to look it up, but they are illegal in most states.

What kind of formula did you feed? What's their diet now? Do you know they shouldn;t be released until 14 weeks minimum?
