There are many things you can do. Heat up a pot of water and pour some into a bowl. Put the container for the formula right into the hot water. OR....use a candle warmer or coffee cup warmer -- the plug-in kind. The only thing with these is after a few minutes you must test the formula on your hand because some of them get VERY hot.
OR: pre-fill the syringes you need with warm formula and place them into a tall glass of hot water so they stay hot.

I use a gravy warmer that has an outer and inner vessel built in. You pour boiling water into the outer vessel and put your formula in the inner one -- stays perfectly warm for about 25mins or more. I like this because there are no wires or electricity to deal with -- but they are tough to find and can be pricey.

Thanks so much. I tried the hot water in a bowl thing, but that didn't really work. But I just ordered a coffee mug warmer on Amazon. I'll make sure it won't get too hot. I like that gravy warmer idea...

Oh, by all means use them! I just said that because Abbi wanted to instinctively take the whole nipple in her mouth when she was that size and kept gagging herself. It would've made things much more comfortable for her if the nipple had been shorter and allowed her to do that without hurting herself.
IR, I'm sooooo excited that they're making shorter ones soon! I think that'll make things just a bit easier for a lot of babies and their adoptive/foster parents.

When I've transitioned my guys from the 32/40 to the 20/50, I made up a batch of each (one pint of each) and did 75/25, then 50/50, then 25/75, then full-strength from the 32/40 FV to the 20/50 FV. After last season's 'nuttiness' with the 32/40 and people having problems with their pinkies (and my littles having the runs literally 24/7), I ONLY use the 20/50 - even for my pinkies. Also, once they hit about 40 grams, I let them go for 6 hours overnight between feedings.

This season, I have started using the coffee mug warmer - it is AWESOME. Previously I did the double boiler, the hot water bath, the microwave, and the 5th warming burner on the stove, but I will say that the coffee mug warmer is definitely the best thus far! I'm careful to unplug it once it gets down to lower amounts of formula, but thus far it is really fantastic. I keep a plastic spoon in it and stir in between refills in case of goop settling at the bottom. I'll never go back to anything else!
