Default (Possibly) life-threatening! Mange or pox?

Please help! Can someone shed any light on this ground squirrel's condition? I suppose it's been "infected" with mange mites, hence the patches of exposed skin, dark spots and also small bumps around the eye? There are bumps above the front paw, perhaps more on the other paws. It acts normal and doesn't seem to be scratching itself unusually often. There also seems to be one large tick on the side.Name: Screen Shot 2014-03-11 at 7.47.45 PM.png

If that is a tick, it looks lime mange. Are you looking to treat?

Are those bumps under his chin and on the side of his face? --if we have bumps it might be pox.
If we just have bare skin and fur missing with itching and the second spot is a tick or abscess from
all the scratching them we prob have mange from mites and it can be treated with kitten Revolution.
...... one drop between the shoulder blade on squirrels 8 weeks and older.
