Dipper!
Just wanted to add....... the warble site on Dipper's side never returned to its flatten stage and today while feeding him
I squeezed on the bump and it pooped, oozing out yellow pus and blood --an abscess left over from the once infected
warble hole that smelled real bad while they were in him.
He has been treated with Betadine and is doing well...... playing and eating as nothing has changed.

If you can't afford the vet,
You can't afford a pet.
NEGLECT IS ABUSE.

'...and the greatest of these, is Love. '
My very first squirrel I ever had was also found on the group and had two bit flies. He was surviving with them but to me not growing/thriving as most I had seen his age. The vet tried a oil drop to put in the opening wound and as time progressed, he still was just surviving. We chose to remove the boy fly. Within days he was SO MUCH more lively and immediately you could see a change in over all better health-as well as growing. Just my personal experience. They are parasites....
