    Click the thing circled in red. Little window will pop up. Click Browse. Select pics. Click upload. Wait. Will tell you when finished. Close little window. Submit reply.

    Before uploading you could crop and scale images so they fit better on common monitor resolutions.

    i have some huge pictures and is unable to do that becaude I have window Vista...Help I want to be able to upload pics that look decent

    Right now VSO Image Resizer is your best free option for Vista. It is similar to the XP Image resizer from Microsoft in that it adds the ability to right-click any image and resize it for posting on the internet or emailing or whatever.
