I am going to go get the correct syringes in a few mins. We just made the new temp formula and I got the email for dosage from Jackie. I read all about the feeding positions. I am thinking we need to feed a little bit slower though. Thank you SOO much!!Originally Posted by Nancy in New York

You have plenty of time to think about release, don't concern yourself with that for now.Originally Posted by A<3L
We will help you with that too when the time approches.
You just need to concentrate on the tasks at hand and that is to get these babies fat and healthy.
Just keep in mind... squirrels are wild animals, they are meant to spend their lives as nature intended
free in the trees. Unless there is a reason they can not be released, it's where they belong.
They do wild up as they get older, squirrels can (and often do) bite. I think we have all been bitten a time
or two, we bleed, we survive. They are squirrels!

Once you get a chance to read all the stories on here you'll see that there's a very broad range of squirrel behaviors as they get older. Some are sweet as pie and never want to leave home, some are little devils that seem to want to be free from very early on. Some get aggressive during mating season but eventually calm down, some never calm down. Sometimes aggressiveness is caused by environmental factors which you might be able to discover and control, sometimes there's just nothing you can do about it. I encourage you to check out all the stories here and you see all the variety in which squirrel nature comes.Originally Posted by A<3L
Just got a photo of Alex and Lana.
Look how cute!!!!!!
I had overnighted a box Friday with Fox Valley, syringes, nipples, Baytril, some fleece and a couple of pouches. It got there yesterday....so the babies should definitely be on the road to recovery.
Keep them in your prayers though, you can never have too many prayers....
