I remember when Sam Had mbd. That is how I found TSB also. and then the odomatoma. and all of the TSB Angels was with us the whole way through and still with me and all my babies now.. You all mean soo much to me.. Thank you and Kim You are in wonderful hands with M Mary..

Her biggest issue is she is new, so does not know how to navigate on the board, so she was getting lost. I gave her all the info that everyone has been sharing, got background on her little guy and tried to assure her that although they can die from this, it can be turned around, although it is a long haul and even after, they are more succeptible to getting it again, so long range goal is a good, healthy diet. She loves this baby and will do whatever is needed. She knows it is not an easy fix and is open to any help offered. We discussed diet and why things are good and not good for them and why this happens in the first place. I wanted her to not focus on 'this is my fault', that you cannot go back, only forward and to focus on getting him well.

Yes, I did. He lives in a three level cage, I told her to block off two so he cannot climb and hurt himself.

I am back I got everything needed. I gave him 50 mil tums will do two more before 10:00. He would not eat so forced one half ml pecan ensure in to him. Will feed goat milk in two hours. Have started a time chart on what I am giving and doing. He has not been back up. I am going to work around the clock. Will keep checking in thank you again you all are angles in my book.

Kim, just go with the Ensure. When I spoke of the goatsmilk, I was talking about babies in general. I know it is alot to take in (the last thing you want to do is give him diarrhea, and this may be too much for his system, so just go with the Ensure and you can also offer the yogurt).

Hydration is VERY important. It is great to get as much water as possible in with the Tums dosing. As long as you are using Ensure and/or GM formula you should be good.
You have one of the best with Mary aka Pappy. She will give you great help and information.

Offered yogurt that was a no offered molasses that was a no. Got it mary no goat milk.

The molasses is to rub on his gums, Kim. You can also mix some with water and give by syringe as well.
