tip for flyer parents.... Flying Squirrels need meat every single day (mealworms/waxworms/cooked chicken breast)
You can put me on for Central Virginia, also we have a Hot line that is manned from about 8:00am - 10:00pm. That number is 804-598-8380, we all take shifts and check it anywhere from every 15 minutes to every 30 minutes, Depending on the season. It also gives emergency care information as to what to do if you find orphaned or injured wifelife.

Would anyone have any contact info for rehabbers in Montreal, Quebec or surroundings?! I have a vet but I'm just curious if there are any "official rehabbers" here,I'm never able to find any.
Thanks!!
You should send a PM to Ontario Rehabber. She is not in Montreal and has indicated to us before that there really aren't any rehabbers there or in the vicinity. I believe she is the closest, about 90 miles. ( maybe you would like to become one?? ). It is excellent that you have a vet!!

I would love to become a rehabber, but I don't even know how to go about it. I tried looking up info and found nothing. *sigh* It's good to know theres atleast a good rehabber in ontario.
There is an organization called the IWRC (International Wildlife Rehabilitation Council), and they have a search engine you can use. I put in "Canada" and "Quebec" and some names came up -- check it out:

Hope you get the info you need!

and the other place is good but it's the same lady I heard was kind of "not all there" (which might just be a good thing while raising little fuzbutts!).

I am looking for licensed wildlife rehabilitators in the Portland Metro and Vancouver Washington area. When I try to access the links to view the list, I get an access error. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks
