two babies fell off roof of mall

Two baby birds fell off of the roof at the mall that my sister works at.
It was raining so they brought them inside.
I just picked them up and have them in a cardboard box with a blanket and heating pad under them.
The larger of the two is having difficulty breathing and sounds raspy.
Both of their eyes are closed.
Only slightly feathered.
Need instructions on what to do next.

Here is the formula for baby birds.....

1 cup science diet kitten food
1 to 1 1/2 cups water
1 2.5 oz jar of beechnut chicken baby food
1/2 tsp avi-era bird vitamins
1/4 tsp calcium carbonate powder
1/4 tsp bird bene bac
2 TBS powdered egg white
store in the fridge and serve it to him warm not hot
either freeze some or make a new batch everyday
i slurry the whole batch up in a blender and use a 1cc syringe to give them just a small amount at a time, make sure he swallows with each bite, feed him as much as he wants with each feeding.
for a bird that is perching you should feed every 1/2-1 hour depending on the age.
if your uncomfortable with the syringe just mash everything with a fork and scoop bits of in into him
offer soaked cat food, scrambled egg, small wild blueberries and other types of fruit along with a small dish of seed and water, eventually he will start picking at it.
he may also enjoy a small dish of insects like mealworms and wax worms as he gets older

I've no idea what they are.

Mom picked up some instant nutri-start.
It is a baby bird formula.

I took them off of the blanket because their claws were getting caught on them. Made a makeshift nest out of paper towels.
Its still on the heating pad.

they look like starlings to me!
they're supposedly the most disease ridden birds, but i don't beleive it.
i had a baby starling, and he was AWESOME!
he would follow me around the yard and stuff.
the babies are sweet little things.

The smaller of the two was asking for food so I fed it.
I don't want to force feed the larger one because it looks like its having a hard time breathing.

See if you can get either small pieces of blueberry or grape into them, to try to hydrate them. Just tiny little pieces of the 'pulp'. Give the bigger one a little while to rest and see if that helps to get her to eat more. You may have to force feed, but try to fruit with her first and see if you can pop some of that into her. Jodi is not home, but will pop in when she gets home to be more help. Keep them on heat.

The larger one has been named grumpy. He is a grumpy grumpy guy.
His breathing has slowed down a bit. I hope he pulls through
