How to resize a picture

Open the location on your computer where your pictures are stored. Right click on the picture, and select "open with" then select Paint. When the picture opens in Paint, select Image from the top pulldown menu, and then select stretch/skew. Change the Horizontal and Vertical stretch to 25 in each box and click OK. The picture will now be 25% of it's original size. Then click File/Save As in order to save the smaller version as a new name.

Windows Vista—Right click on the picture , and select "open with" then select “Microsoft Office Picture Manager”. Click “Picture” “Resize” Choose “Predefined width x height” “Web—Large” or “Web—Small” Click “OK”. Then click File/Save As in order to save the smaller version as a new name.

i use IrfanView....just download it...it is very easy...or at least the easiest i have found..

i use IrfanView....just download it...it is very easy...or at least the easiest i have found..

IrfanView is awesome A great program and I highly recommend trying it.

I think You can also try Gimp or Paint.net, both free to download. Gimp is also sorta like photo shop's free, lil brother, i guess. I can do a lot that photo shop can do (including resizing) and has a lot of tutorials so check it out if you get the chance.
