    Default sneezing

My baby squirrel (maybe 4 weeks old) sneezes fairly often. It's just a quick outward sniff. All of his functions are fine.... I just don't have any experience and I don't know what signs of pneumonia are. He sprays TEENY tiny droplets when he sneezes. What's going on?

If he sneezes while eating and droplets come thru his nose, that's not good...use the smallest syringe possible and go as slowly as you can when feeding him until he no longer sneezes -- which can lead to aspiration pneumonia. But, if you notice that every once in awhile when he's not eating he makes a little "tsk!" sound, that's normal. Just one of those cute little snorty squirrelly noises, along with "rrrk, rrrk, rrrk!" Love 'em.
