berries on willow tree

i have some sort of willow tree in my front yard and it has berries on it...does anyone know if the berries are safe for sqs?? or at least it looks like some sort of willow tree.

Without a verification of what species this tree is, I wouldn't trust feeding the fruit on it to squirrels, unless you have seen the wilds eating it year after year.

If you take a piece of it with the berries to your nursury, I am sure they will be able to tell you what it is. Ask htem what the Scientific Name is, then look it up there, or at home in a Sunset guidebook for plants and trees; it will list if any part of the plant is poisonous.
