Yes, more information. Is this ‘gulping’ associated with feeding? Some babies will ‘gasp’ or gape while eating. We call it guppy mouth. It is normal and not dangerous. It’s like a trance. Here is a video of this.

The other option IS aspiration of formula into the lungs and pneumonia. This is deadly without antibiotics. Give us more info. We would like to help. If you think it’s aspiration pneumonia, try to find antibiotics. A single pill is enough. We can dose it for you.
