friend found a male baby was doing well may have been over fed lethargic all of a sudden well ask the basic questions is on heat.

He aspirated is breathing through mouth only WHAT DO I DO?

if there is any clicking in the lungs, it's likely the baby needs an antibiotic.

do YOU have the squirrel, or does a friend? if the friend has it, offer to take care of it until it's stable. you have more experience.

if the baby's been overfed, stop feeding it, put him on fluids only until further notice. warm pedialyte would be best.

we need more information- how old? how long has he had it? what has he fed it?

I have already taken it till its better he is bloated and i have no pedilyte but i am keeping him warm he looks to be 3 to 5 weeks. he was definatly overfed and i think they put him on esbilac to early. there is no audible clicking but he looks to be gagging i wont be able to get back for a bit so please respond and i will be back as soon as i can

:sad So sorry to hear that the little tyke didn't make it. It was just too late to do anything for him by the time you got him. I hope you are able to convince them to come here if they get three more, or you could take the babies or get them to a rehabber.
