I have two 5 months old Indian palm squirrel, recently I gave them some jaggery and they loved it should I continue giving them and in how much quantity.

Jaggery is made from sugarcane. You can say its a type of sugar but it is less processed than sugar and a bit healthier as well. For more information and better understanding you can google it as well.

I just looked it up it's sugar.... I'd say never give a squirrel sugar. In hydrating a squirrel I've used a bit of honey in water but that was only to help hydrate.
Then again you have palm squirrels so their diet may be different but I'd still be hesitant to use it.

Thanks for the suggestions :thumbsup.
From now on, I will only occasionally give it to them.
