This is a fall baby. They just came out of the nesting box a day or so ago. Today, I saw this. Is it safe to say that's a malocclusion?
Thank you for your help.

Sorry the pic is sideways, I didn't know how to flip it and get it uploaded. I have video too, but if I remember correctly, this does not allow for videos. Anyway, the baby was definitely tilting its head while eating. Sadly, I doubt I can catch just that squirrel and I really don't have a place to take it as I am not a licensed rehabber. I just feel so bad.

I believe I'm seeing bottom tooth almost going through his nose/ roof of mouth 🤔
Videos I believe have to be loaded to YouTube to add but I'm not computer savvy 🙄
Your in PA I'm thinking someone here may know of a safe place possible a safe vet but I'm not completely sure.
Also you'd have to catch him with a haveaheart trap.
Another thing sometimes it will grow back the same so he/ she would be non releasable and would need regular trimmings. Just my opinion.
This happened to me several years ago, I almost caught mine but failed ☹️ the poor baby I never saw him again. This unfortunately is common.

I'm 30 mins North of Pittsburgh. Today is the first I saw the poor dear. I have so many squirrels, and none let me anywhere near them. I can't imagine this one would either. I feel so bad :( I welcome any ideas, but I work full time and don't have another day off for a week.

This is sad without capture, There's no way to help. If you could trap, would be a long shot. Just have to keep turning out the others you would catch. I can help if you can get and meet me. I'm 2 1/2 hrs away from Pittsburgh.

I'm sure she lives in the nesting box in my maple tree. I saw the mom up there the past few days. I try to catch it in the afternoons when I get home from work. If I'm can get it, I'll call of work to get the squirrel to you asap.

I searched my entire yard and looked everywhere for that little squirrel. No luck. I'll get back at it tomorrow afternoon, just in case it shows up. Thank you, Everyone ❤️
