I have been taking care of 3 babies for about 4 weeks now. They are approximately 7 weeks old. One of my babies woke up with the “clicking” sound. She is also very lethargic and not interested in eating. The only antibiotics I have available tonight is cipro 500 mg tablets. Can anyone tell me how I need to mix it to administer? I know it’s pretty urgent for her to get treatment asap!
