9 week old. Eating HHBs, 5-7% of FV formula, and just introduced to some leafy greens.
Do you recommend starting the day off with formula and then free feeding the HHBs and the greens in the cage throughout the day?

So I clean out his cage each night. Including scraps of his leafy greens, and HHBs. I know the Blocks have to come out. But should I leave everything else so he has something to munch on in the morning.
Also, should I top up his greens before bed so he can get used to looking for food when he wakes up?

I prefer to provide the Henry's blocks first thing. Prep the veggie buffet, then offer formula and then the veggie buffet but only if and after they have eaten their Henry's.
I typically provide leafy green in the morning / day and not so much at night... usually just a little. The "calciferous" kind of veggies tend to stand up better to sitting over night. I clean out the old food when putting in the new food, so that means leaving the food bowl and whatever was leftover through the night. No topping off for me...

Thanks! Does that include leave any remaining HHBs if they don't finish them during the day?

Absolutely leave them between feedings.

Okay! Also, I was gifted a hanging pumice chew. Is that safe for squirrels?

They don't require pumice chews or salt/mineral blocks. You can try installing a cuttlebone that some of them may chew on and get some supplemental calcium but I find most of them ignore it.
