Hey, my squirrel is pooping blood and he’s lost weight and his bones are showing what do I do and he will not eat.

If he is clicking with each breath he likely has Aspiration Pneumonia (AP) which is the #1 killer of baby squirrels in human care. He will need antibiotics.. human antibiotics will work including Cipro (ciprofloxain), Augmentin (Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid), Bactrim (SMS/TMP) or vet medicine Baytril (enrofloxacin), Clavamox (Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid)... and some others as well. Check your cabinets, ask family friends and neighbors... if you find anything, pot the name(s) strengths and we need the squirrels weight to provide dosing information.

If he is clicking... along with the weight loss... means he literally is on death's door and there may be ony an extremely short time window to get some antibiotics into that may save him... time is of the essence.

This sounds like a feeding problems... he aspirated likely.. and the bloody poop and skinniness sounds like either improper formula was being fed... they eat and eat until they die because the formula (like cows milk?) does not have the needed nutrients for a baby squirrel squirrel Or he may be severely dehydrated, in which case he cannot digest formula properly.
