Need Help With Wound

I am a first time caregiver for any baby. I have done a lot of research and so far The Squirrel Board is the place for any kind of information. I have two babies that I started to care for Wednesday of last week. One of them has a small hole on its tummy. I have been putting Mupirocin ointment on it since Wednesday of last week. its clean, doesnt look like any infection but its not healing. I dont know if I should start her on oral antibiotics or just wait and see what happens, I have Bactrim 800/160 tabs, but have no idea the ratio for her. Here is a couple of pics of the actual wound. Any help on this would be greatly appreciate!
