Hearing crackle means congestion ?? Or maybe like clicking on breathing ??

You thinking aspiration pneumonia A/P ??

Common symptoms are active to lethargic and feeding goes good to bad. Sounds right ??

Any chance you could find amoxicillin-clava (augmentin) antibiotic ?? call family & friends. Its very common and great for A/P.

Need squirrel weight for meds dosing.

Do you have a 1ml syringe ?? (! assume yes, as you are feeding a 4 week old.)
