3 1/2 week old squirrel not pooping

I have a 3 1/2 week old baby squirrel, 2 actually but only one seems to be having trouble pooping, they’re on esbalic puppy formula, and we’re already rehydrated a week ago when i found them , he’s peeing fine but the past 3 feedings no poop , i’ve tried everything from warm bath and massage, to veggie oil around his rectum, i’ve noticed there’s a little poo showing but won’t come out , im going to give pedalyte this next feeding , but any advice, im starting to get concerned, also his stomach is deflating after eaching feeding so i don’t think it’s bloat but not certain

Extra hydration will be good. They are close to being ready to transition formulas (I use50% Esbilac and 50% Fox Valley 20/50 from 3.5 weeks to wean FWIW).

Giving some infants simethicone ("Gas X") cannot hurt but may help...

How much does he weigh, how often is he being fed and how much each feeding?
