Hi. I'm new to squirrelboard. End of February the Latinos next door took down a tree and gifted me with 2 week old squirrels. We named them Senior Bushy Tail, and Sissy. Sissy was hurt when they cut down tree as she fell out and landed in the driveway. Well we spent several hundred dollars the first 4 months buying a cage, feedings, toys, etc. We became so attached we let them run loose in the house. Then we let them loose on patio. They would stay for hours burying pecans and such. Them one day they ran off. They come back almost everyday to eat play in water, etc. But they run if we go near them. If called by name they stand up and will turn and look at you. I have video after they were gone about a week rubbing Senior Bushy Tails belly. Will try post once admin approves me.
