Panacur for giardia

I have (4) 3 week olds averaging 95g each. I have panacur for goats but it is intramuscular/subcutaneous. Can I use this orally or should I source another med?

What is going on that you need to use Panacur? Can you please share more information?

I have 4 3 week olds I've had since about 4-6 days old. Im pretty sure this rank diarrhea is from giardia. I went through my normal diarrhea correction measures with no change. I've dealt with Guardia in the past but had metronidazole. I have none right now and no way to get any till next week
