Hi everyone! Just got 2 babies- look to be 5 weeks but really tiny. One is more lively. A well meaning family found them but quickly realized they needed help and no help is around in my state. I got them warm, gave them a little hydration fluid. One was doing the hypoglycemic stretch so put a little honey on the gums (as suggested on Henry’s) I think I also hear clicking at least in one and it’s very lethargic. The other one is more lively and I got him to urinate and poop. He also curls up to sleep and the other stays stretched out. I have Baytril. I know they might not make it, but I really want to help them try. They are both 70 g. Please with any advice. There are no vets available. I know I’m ramblin, sorry!

If clicking I'm sure an antibiotic is needed.
I'm bumping your thread even though it's the top thread now.
Hang on I'm sure someone can help dose.
Prayers to them babies 🙏

What strength and form is the Baytril? Is it the 10% liquid? Or 22.7 tablet?

The baytril is the 10% liquid. I also have Bactrim if that would be better

I sent you dosing for the Baytril. I prefer it for A/P on little ones because it acts so quickly and they are pretty fragle at that age, the less time they are sick the better.
