Pharmaceutical books

Hi,
I'm on the search for pharmaceutical books.
I plan to order the 4th edition of Mammal babies the first 48hrs however,
I notice in the content section that there are several medications/dosages missing.
Ex. of missing include, prednisone, dexamethasone, gabapentin. augmentin etc
If there happens to be a book anyone is familiar with that has more detailed
pharmaceuticals in it with the dose info, can someone please let me know.
