I'm caring for a baby and she's about 10 weeks old now. Just today, I had her out of her cage for a feeding and she was climbing all over me and finally sat in my hand. But I noticed she was sort of vibrating every few seconds. Almost like a shiver but it wasn't cold in the room at all, so I don't think it was that. It wasn't accompanied by a sound or anything, but her whole body would vibrate to the point that her ears were shaking too. It was sort of on-and-off every 2 seconds or so. She didn't seem distressed in any way and on the contrary seemed quite content.

Along with her sister, her diet consists of Mazuri RC, Fox valley 3x a day, and some veggies/fruits on occasion. She is very active, but a bit on the runty side.

Has anyone experienced this before or know what it means? Any cause for concern?

Awwww. Yeah I hope that's what it is. I've heard of them purring but never had one that did before. And I'm not a cat person so I have no idea what purring might look like, lol.

I'm no expert, so I hope someone can come on here with more knowledge and experience than I have. They might want you to post a video on Youtube.
