Just giving some more info as I tried to help OP via reddit and asked them to post here: the baby red is about 4 weeks old, head is drooping and very wobbly and fed with fox valley 20/50. Very lethargic and not eating much at all for about 2-3 days now. I advised OP to keep a diffuser (cleaned with soap, no oils added) near the baby for the steam to help him breathe a bit. I am not having much luck finding a rehabber/rescue in Alaska and this baby needs antibiotics ASAP

Do you have ANY antibiotics available? Human are fine, you only need one maybe two pills. Ask friends, family, neighbors! Most people have extras laying around. As soon as you find any list what they are and what strengths!

Would ethrymician work?? Commonly for fish?

I’m not knowledgeable enough or authorized to answer that. Hopefully an admin will see your post and reply asap.
They will need an accurate weight of the squirrel in grams (kitchen scale), and the strength of any medications you have.
Is the fish medication the only thing you have? I believe augmentin or doxycycline are more preferred.
If this baby has AP, which it sounds like she might. Lethargic, no appetite, clicking…she will need antibiotics immediately, as it will take them down quickly.

If you have access to fish meds, see if you can get Ciprofloxacin. Second choice is Amocxicillin Clavulanate. Both of these drugs are available for "fish".

Amoxicillin-Clavulanic Acid 125-500mg
I might be able to get this for a “uti”

Can you give me the weight of the baby squirrel? As soon as we have that I or someone else will send you directions to properly dilute and dose this med and you will have it when you get the pill in hand. You will need a 1ml syringe with clear markings (which you should also be using for feeding him. Larger syringes or even worse, bottles, are very easy to aspirate with.

Please double check your amox-clav strength
you said Amoxicillin-Clavulanic Acid 125-500mg
Amox-Clav is augmentin (human) or clavamox (animal)
Standard mix is 500mg Amox - 125mg Clav
