Help loose teeth & not eating

My Luca’s teeth are very loose & he’s missing the top 2 chopper. Don’t known why but most importantly what can I feed him & what can I do to help him. It’s hard to work with him bc he bites. But he needs help. Please help us.

It is hard to make suggestions without more background... how old is Luca? What is the diet he is fed; does it include a high quality rodent block? How far apart are the bars spaced in his cage? Those might be some good places to start...
