Small raised scab on head?

Hi - This little girl has a small raised scab on her head just above her snoot about 3/4 the size of a pencil eraser. Its raised to the level of the surrounding fur. Not oozing or bleeding from what I've seen. No signs of it bothering her at all, same energy and appetite.

Had a small bare patch of skin about the same size a few weeks ago slightly to the side but that has grown back with fur. Unsure if it was related.

Looking for help identifying what the bump/scab might be. Tried to upload a .jpg but didn't seem like it went through. First time posting...tried using the attach .jpeg. If there is another way to do it let me know - Thanks
