My 6 month old squirrel has swollen vulva and cries while urinating

her vulva has been swollen from 5-6 days ,initially I thought she was in heat but she strains while urinating and urinates everywhere drop by drop and her urine is smelly too.yesterday i saw a white discharge from her urine.she has been repeatedly crying while urinating.I have been trying to give her cipro but she doesn't have it. Her vulva has swollen very much and being in India there are no specialized vets for squirrels.now her urine is not that smelly but vulva is very much swollen.Please help me regarding this and please tell me how can I get my baby better as soon as possible.

She most likely has a urinary tract infection. Do you have any access to one of the enrofloxacin drugs? Baytril, Ciprofloxacin, etc? The Cipro will help her!

I am trying to give her cipro but it seems it is not working and she doesn't have it too.

For how long did you give her Cipro and what was the dose?

I have been giving her cipro once a day about 0.1 ml as her weight is 100 gm and I have cipro500mg tablets.
but she is not consistently taking the cipro of that amount too.
