I have 250 mg amoxicillin

The boy that is not doing well is 35 grams
His brother is 32 grams but no clicks.

Please help with dosage . And should I dose the brother that is not clicking yet for precaution?
Is foxs formula okay ? They are on 50/50 right now from the goat formula recipe and the foxs formula

I have sent dosing instructions via PM.

Amoxicillin is not the best for treating AP (Aspiration Pneumonia), amoxicillin plus clavulanic acid (AKA Augmentin / Clvamox) is a good treatment though a different dosing. You can start the amoxicillin but keep trying to find other meds... Baytril, Cipro, Augmentin, CLavamox, Doxycycline are some that would be more effective. We can switch the medication if you find one of the others (and if you find anything else, post the name and someone will advise if it is better choice than plain amoxil).

Do not dose the brother if he has no symptoms.

Most of us do not recommend Fox Valley 32/40, but Fox Valley 20/50 is fine but is not appropriate for pinkies, we use FV 20/50 starting at about 3.5 - 4 weeks. Esbilac puppy milk replacer, the powdered version (Liquid id not the same) is good for pinkies.

Here is a 6 page link on baby squirrel care that that includes home made goat's milk formula that can be used temporarily until Esbilac is obtained:

Is Baytril 10% okay? I have clavamox but it has an expiration date of 2020

Honestly, I would use the dosing info that Spanky sent you for the amoxicillin.

I have been telling people here the same thing about amoxicillin for years; that it isn't a first choice to treat aspiration pneumonia. But the last dozen or so babies that had only amoxicillin to choose from ALL were dramatically better within 24 hours. I suspect it has a lot to do with just how bad they are - just starting to show symptoms and it does fine; really advanced symptoms and sick for a while, it likely isn't nearly as effective.

If you want to switch to the Baytril when it comes in, you can do so.

BTW, add some probiotics to this baby's food while he is on the meds. You can use yogurt, purchase Benebac at a pet store, or use a tiny pinch of the powder inside the probiotic capsules that people take. Give probiotics at least an hour or two either before or after dosing.

Okay so puppy powder white dog with probiotics ✅ not the fox valley under 5 weeks
Probiotics in yogurt/ human pill
Do I need the ultra boost with the puppy formula or can I still use the goat milk/yogurt with the formula ?

You can add yogurt and even heavy whipping cream to the Esbilac in small amounts. It adds fat and helps scrawny babies. Ultra boost is actually a dried, powdered version of adding cream to formula that has the benefit of lasting a long, long time in the freezer. Any formula you feed needs to be phased in slowly - you have to spend some time mixing up both their old and new formulas so you can blend them together, gradually reducing the old and increasing the new.

Goats milk is nice because it is so bland that just about anything can eat it without stomach upset, but it is not nearly as robust a formula and squirrels need that. Other than the transition period, I would end the goats milk. Adding in a bit of yogurt boosts the flavor - try to find a full fat yogurt without chunky fruit in it, but by all means pick a flavor - vanilla, banana, peach are all appreciated.
