Respiratory issues - not responding to Baytril

Hey all,
I'm raising a baby who has gone through two rounds of Baytril - spaced apart - and still has a snotty nose and raspy breathing periodically. It's not constant -- but ongoing. What other antibiotics or treatments should I try? Thank you.

You might want to try SMZ/TMP or Clavamox. I will tell you, however, that over the years I have seen in my rehab babies this weird thing I call "the sneezles", because it hits, stays with the babies for a week or so, and does not respond to ANYTHING. All of my squirrels survived the constant sneezing but lost a lot of weight because they could not eat properly while sneezing all the time. My vet called it viral and therefore unresponsive to antibotics.
