Squirrel Girl Des Moines

Hello all and hope you are all well. Put htis under life threatening because, I'm just not sure.
Busy time right now in Des Moines! My home is full with 4 rehab babies and then my adult NR. It's a lot of squirrel. Never had four babies at the same time!
The newest is a female guessing 6 -7 weeks old. Retrieved from a home and was told she might have fallen. I was told upon pick up the other squirrels were being very agressive towards her. I didn't see this but, I can attest, she was terrified!!!
I've had her for 5 days to assess. No lacerations, external injuries. Initially a bit wobbly on her legs, but now pretty steady. She is eating formula and solid food well. She certainly can jump (and is clever) one day while I was feeding her she, she managed to squirm out from the fleece and took a flying leap. She landed well and scurried pretty quickly.
But.....
She displays a pronounced head shake. No tilt, just a shake. And not constantly. The movement would be like a "brrrrr, I'm cold" type of shaking" (just for reference she's not cold - she's on heating pad low, with fleece etc....
Advice request please:
I can get her to the vet but what is the weigh in on medication for infants for something like this? Should I wait and see if it improves without meds? Just nervous about meds for a baby-
