Baby squirrel with possible pneumonia PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi I have a baby squirrel I think has pneumonia. I hear a clicking noise when shes breathing. I have Bactrim 800mg/trimethoprim 160mg pills. I'm not sure If I can use it to treat her pneumonia. Also if I can I need help with the dosages. She weighs 49g.

This is not the best med for pneumonia so please look around for something else. Your very best bet for pneumonia is either Cipro, which is a drug for humans, or Baytril, which is a nearly identical drug but manufactured for animals.

Do start the SMZ-TMP immediately though. You can switch meds if you find something more effective.
