Emergency!!
Hello last night I was driving and found a fox that had been hit on the road. I stopped and picked it up it had blood on it I tried to find a 24 hr pet emergency clinic but everyone was closed. I need to find somewhere to take him. He keeps trying to get up but it looks like he may have a broken leg or hip. Please help me find somewhere to take him who will help him.
I live in the Ventura county area.
Thank you, liz

I don't know of anyone off hand. You could call Ventura Wildlife wildlife, they have contact numbers for fox rehabbers.
"Conejo veterinary hospital" that treats injured wildlife; also might have a number for a fox rehabber in your area.
Unfortunately, animal control that does transport, only euthanizes.
