I'm not sure if I'm overreacting or not. I feel like a super anxious new mom. I just heard him making this noise within the last hour. He doesn't seem like he's in distress. I noticed him breathing really fast first and then heard the clicking noise. It sounds like his nose more than his chest. And sometimes I don't hear it. It also feels like he is purring. It is really hard to find a video of clicking from AP. He still wants to drink water and is moving around just fine. Added video. Just ignore my tummy growl in the beginning.

Not sure why his old poo pic was here and not his video. It won't let me upload the video because it's from an iPhone and in the wrong format.

You need to upload to a host site like youtube and post the link.
Is he eating still? If he is eating enthusiastically it likely is not pneumonia - appetite is the first thing to go when they are ill.

Thank you for your reply. We lost him last night at about 3am. He was crying out and I took him out and held him close when he took his last breath. Thank you for all y'all do on this board.
