Please help, need dosage info for baytril asap

I have a 3-4 week old baby squirrel that has been sneezing a lot, and I'm sure has a respiratory issue developing.
I have Baytril tablets, 22.7, but I'm not sure how to mix it or what the correct dosage would be. He weighs 78 grams.
