I’m growing quite concerned Littly Lucy Girl has a UTI!
I posted about it in my continued thread (“not gaining weight…please help”) which contains frequent updates on babygirl (but People might be getting a little annoyed by my lengthy posts 😵) However I’m hoping posting here can get responses about the issue quicker and before it potentially becomes an emergency.
She doesn’t really seem to be in any pain so far. But her urine has become quite pungent & cloudy. I’m needing to change out all the bedding 1-2 times a day due to the strong odor.
She urinates drop by drop without being stimulated, while crawling around/feeding. But will pee much more when stimulated.
This poor thing has been through so much already. I really want her to be ok!
She is not dehydrated. She is still eating well, and lively. But I have noticed a decrease in energy in the past 24 hours (still SO enthusiastic and energetic when it’s time to eat though), aside from then, she just wants to crawl back under the covers, or burrow in her bedding and sleep. Not NEARLY as spunky and enthusiastic as yesterday. PLEASE ADVISE/HELP!
I have Baytril, clavamox, doxycycline, amoxicillin, and metronidazole.
