6 week old red squirrel diarrhea

I have a 6 week old squirrel who gets diarrhea very easily every time I have to go up on his formula amounts. He’s 178g and is taking 9 ml every 5 hours. He now has had diarrhea for 2 days and his bottom is irritated and he has become a bit less active. He has not lost weight though. He did seem to be having less urine output so I have been giving sugar water in between feedings and I gave probiotics. Is there any more I can do to calm his belly down?
