Help NW TN. Back Injury? Broken legs? Any realistic rehab?

A friend has sent me a photo of a baby in her backyard. She says legs look broken, photo looks like may be back injury.

Northwest TN. NO TWRA rehabbers in west tn.

I dont have long term capabilities.

Any reasonable rehab? Anyone?

There is always hope unless the spine is severed. A course of steroids (started as early as possible) can sometimes work miracles.
