2to3 week old baby squirrel w aspiration npnemonia and cant find meds

I live in tulsa Oklahoma and rescued 2 baby squirrels one of which has aspiration pnemonia and no pet store around me has the meds i neeed what do i doh

The pill form of Baytril will work, we'll help dose it but we will need the strength of the pills and the weight of the squirrel. Don't delay, time is of the essence.
