Is this the baby in your other thread?

If you are willing to go as far as Stephens County there a lady that is my rehab "partner". She has 4 right now that that one would snuggle right into.... I will not be back into town for a few days. My drive from here to the airport is usually about 90 minutes each way.

thank you. i am about 3 0 min South of airport...near/PTC ...Stephens county would be 2 1/2 hours for us...I used to drive as CM - 4 hours one way for an appt, so its not a big deal.

I am getting great support from crittermom, but I am a planner and wanted a back up plan. Especially when I am out of my league - but, am hoping my RN/NICU/L&D days will help me keep this little one alive.

If I find I cannot keep this up, or he continues to decline. I will either drive him there or meet her as you suggested.

I just updated his feeding if you wanna check it out and let me know if you feel i need to add anything.
since i started the hydration - he is eating more.

thank you, i appreciate your help.

hi, i know u said ur OOTown - but
he's up to 33 g today...he is stronger...but, im still a little worroed about dehydration..

and i feel better, altho i know (now-) he was critical when i got him..
amazing he has survived me..

at any rate. I will keep your partner/location in mind and especially closer I get to releasing him.
I am struggling, as I know, he would prob do better and be better in nest w/ others.

fornow, though. I will keep trying to get him at least to his recommended weight,

then,
I will address continued care/caging....etc

thanks alot for your help.

This time of year rehabbers are swamped with neonates. You may want to check to see if help is available.
