Need antibiotic dosing info ASAP

Baby less than 2 weeks old. Was doing GREAT at 1:30 am feeding. He has refused to eat since 5am. Looks like AP, but I have no idea how to dose. His color is bad, and he's struggling to breathe. Going down fast! Help!

He weighs 20.6 grams

I have ciprofloxacin 500mg
Amox/clav 875-125mg
Amox/clav 500-125mg
