First, what is the problem? If it just suddenly swelled, you need to get in there with a very bright light and magnifier and make sure nothing is wrapped around the foot. A human hair can cause an amputation.

If the swelling issue has been identified, this little one can take infant ibuprophen, available at any drug store. Make sure you get the infant strength, and make sure you get ibuprophen (like motrin or advil) not acetaminophen.
