Found Newborn raccoon in Jacksonville, FL -- need rehabber asap

Sorry to ask about non squirrel help; but my friend down the road found a newborn raccoon in her yard. It's eyes are not open and its definitely wanting to eat. Does anyone in my area (Mandarin area of Jacksonville) have someone I can call to take this little one? I have a pic and will post as soon as I remember how to do that.

Please rest assured the negative comment (now removed) does not reflect the opinion of TSB.
We are a squirrel board but we are advocates for all wildlife and will try and help where and when we can regardless of species.
Hopefully one of our Fla. members may be able to help guide you to find placement.

In the meantime I would search your county and neighboring counties for *individual rehabbers and speak with one.
They may not take raccoons but possibly may be able to guide you to who does.

*I would not contact Animal control as raccoons are a rabies vector species and likely baby would just be euthanized.
