I am posting a video of the chipmunk that I retrieved yesterday from a yard and need advice on course of action. It doesn’t seem to have any other injuries other than what appears to be a head injury.

Dark, warm and quiet.

She is not moving at all?

I'd give her a bit of molasses, honey or syrup. Just a bit in her mouth / on her gums in case she is in shock and glucose has dropped. See if she doesn't perk up some. You can offer a bit of water as well.

She'll need to be examined for injuries... puncture wounds form cats are very difficult to detect.

If you are confident this is a head injury, do you have prednisone? If yes, provide the strength and the chippy's weight.

I am taking Chip to Marie this morning. I am running late for work. I have just about everything needed. I started this to help us both with treatment and course of action. I have been unable to weigh just yet. Chip has full use of back legs. So very fast and jumpy.

Gave it some sub q fluids and a tiny shot of Dex.

Any thoughts on what we can offer it to eat by syringe?

Just FV formula ?
Not sure how to age a chipmunk??

FV is fine. As far as aging them, once they pass adolescence they all look pretty much alike.
