Dosing help please

Hi all. I am hoping that someone will please dose some meds for me. This is for Petunia, my 3 yr, 425g para baby. I have Clinamycin 300 and Baytril 20. The meds are needed for an open wound. Thank you for your help💜🐿☮️

I have dosed the clindamycin for you by PM.

It is very nasty tasting. If you can get your hands on either amoxicillin clavulanate or SMZ-TMP, either will work and without the really bad taste. If you find some we can dose that for you and you can switch.
