Allow me to introduce you all to KemoGlitch. I was told she was untamable and was more or less wasting my time. One look into those beautiful brown eyes an I was in love. I’m not sure what kind of squirrel she is. But I do know that she adores me. She sleeps with me, explores with me, goes to town with me, tries to protect me from my blind deaf very old house dog, she even watches me bathe. When I got her she had no hair other than her tail, I thought my mom was trying to be funny, and gave me a squirrel that has cancer. I read up on hair loss an learned it could be mites. Had that checked out and she didn’t have mites. The lady my mom got her from was a horrible pet owner, could stress be the cause of hair loss? I’ve never had a squirrel before and want the absolute best care for her. I ended up giving her the name Kemo at first because of the hair loss. But when her personality came out i had to tack on Glitch at the end. Because when she runs, climbs, or plays with me she resembles “ Vanellope” off of Wreck It Ralph. She looks to be a different kind of squirrel than what my mom has. I’m including a picture of them together so you can see the difference.
