Ok woman calm down😊 I Received a five week old boy and his penis looks very outstretched what can I do to normalize it? Must have been sucked on by his siblings

Just barely damped the penis with water and sprinkle some sugar on it. Once the sugar darkens a bit indicating it has absorbed the water, add a bit more sugar and pack it around the penis. When he brushes it off moving around, just add a little more water and sugar. The sugar will draw the edema out of the tissues. Make sure he isn't doing this to himself.

I honestly don't remember. It may have been in my horse days. Horse people mix sugar and betadyne into what they call "sugardyne" for all sorts of things, particularly something called thrush, which is a bacterial/fungal infection of part of the hoof. In that case, the sugar makes the watery betadyne "stick" in place. As far as the edema on things like the penis, sugar is hydroscopic - it pulls moisture from it's surroundings. That is why the sugar in your sugar bowl turns into a lump in humid weather. It also is totally non toxic and doesn't hurt or burn so on an animal it works pretty well.
